A great starting point for making lasting changes to food and lifestyle habits, is Thrive on the Go Classes. Hands-on, fun sessions where you learn to create delicious, simple, sustaining every day foods for health and longevity.

Week 1- What's for Brekkie - cleansing juices, teas and foods for a great start to the day.
Week 2- Super Salad Me - reinvent salad, redefine lunch and 'crank up' the goodness!
Week 3- Dinner Dahling - A beautiful mild Indian lentil curry with all the trimmings.



All foods in these sessions will suit vegetarians, vegans, people with food sensitivities and those who just want to feel better.
