Let's Get Alkalised
Saturday 6th February at 11am-3pm.
Cost: $88 (includes recipe manual, lifestyle information and fabulous food throughout the class)
Venue: The Carmelite Centre, Middle Park

An alkalised body is free of aches, pains and disease.  Discover simple, effective foods and remedies that will keep your PH in balance and restore digestive harmony. This class goes hand in hand with the B17 class and provides information and foods to create a disease free, alkaline body.  Recipes include The Warming Salad, tapioca pudding and a divine fruit sorbet made by the Compact Juicer. Class includes loads of health tips. This class is a must for anyone serious about wellness.


A Perfect Food Day Workshop
Saturday 20th February at 11am-3pm
Cost: $120
(includes recipe manual, lifestyle information and fabulous food throughout the class)
Venue: The Carmelite Centre, Middle Park
Discover a menu for every meal of the day that includes only fresh natural foods and techniques for easy food preparation. This comprehensive session contains a guided relaxation and loads of food, recipes and information. Discover how possible it actually is to eat real food at every meal.
All recipes are vegetarian, vegan friendly, gluten, wheat, dairy and sugar free.

Candida Clear
Saturday Saturday 6th March at 11am-3pm
Cost: $88

Venue: The Carmelite Centre, Middle Park
Do you suffer from fatigue, skin rashes, thrush, frequent colds and flu? Chances are you could have an overgrowth of the unfriendly gut bacteria candida albicans. Candida can cause a myriad of health conditions including leaky gut and digestive problems.
This class will provide a self help program for combating Candida. It is perfect for anyone with cancer, those who want to loose weight and those with digestive problems, or those who want more energy.

Due to popular demand a complete class that focuses in on the soy issue. Marketed as the health food of our times, soy is often misunderstood and the subject of contentious debate. In this session we will explore the positives and negatives of soy consumption and incorporate 'safe' soy recipes for everyday health. Come along and enjoy a fun and enlightening evening.

Food for Menopause (or any time of hormonal change)
Tuesday 23rd February at 6.30pm-9.30pm.
Cost: $88

The perfect follow up to the Soy class... Food for Menopause will provide insight and support for those concerned with hormonal changes at any time of life. We'll discover how to find hormonal balance naturally through diet, exercise, relaxation and herbs.

The Big Alkaline Breakfast
Thursday 11th March at 6.30pm-9.30pm.

Venue: The Carmelite Centre, Middle Park
Get motivated, be inspired and learn how to create a high energy, low stress start to the day.
The perfect follow up to 'Let's Get Alkalised' is this Breakfast Intensive! This is a detailed session on all the right foods and lifestyle practices to make a high energy start to your day.
Recipes will include-

  • Buckwheat pancakes (made from scratch) with cinnamon coconut cream
  • Freshly ground seed mix (high in Omega 3's)
  • How to incorporate 'Chia' the super seed into everyday foods
  • Home made Muesli with spicy grated apple topping (very popular with other family members!)
  • Seasonal stewed fruit (a delight!)
  • Cleansing juices and teas (assist with detoxifying and toning the liver and digestive organs)
You'll be jumping out of your skin with energy with such a great start to everyday!
